1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the productbid ecosystem (https://www.productbid.online), which includes both the Product Marketplace and the Creator Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Unified Ecosystem

productbid operates a dual-sided marketplace. The Product side allows products to compete for visibility through bidding, while the Creator side allows creators to monetize their attention through placement auctions. A single user account applies across the entire ecosystem.

3. Bidding & Auctions

All bids placed on the Product Marketplace or Creator Marketplace are binding. Upon winning an auction or securing a rank, you agree to fulfill the financial commitment via our payment gateway (Dodo Payments).

4. Creator Campaigns & Deliverables

Creators are solely responsible for accurately representing their metrics (followers, estimated reach) and fulfilling the promised promotional deliverables to the winning brand. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in fake engagement, bid manipulation, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive advertising. productbid reserves the right to terminate accounts that compromise marketplace integrity.

6. Fees and Payments

productbid may charge marketplace fees on completed transactions. All payments are securely processed. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

productbid provides the marketplace infrastructure. We do not guarantee the success of any campaign, product visibility, or creator reach. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid in transaction fees.
